🚫 Things We’re Giving Up This Year, SLP Edition 🚫 This year, we’re leaving behind the stress, the guilt, and the “I have to do it all” mindset. 🙅‍♀️ Let’s step into our school year with healthier boundaries, better support, and a whole lot more balance. ✨ Here’s what we’re not doing anymore: 1️⃣ Taking Work Home Every Night 🏠➡️❌
Because your evenings are for you—not data sheets, emails, or planning. Let’s reclaim our personal time. 2️⃣ Feeling Like We’re the Only Ones Responsible for Communication 🗣

I know that the classic “30 minutes twice per week pulled into the speech room” model can feel comfortable—it’s familiar, and we know it works to some extent.
